JAMBIANI FOOTBALL ACADEMY
Jambiani Football Academy (JFA) is a registered NGO and officially recognised by the Zanzibar Football Federation. We welcome you to join us as a player or as a sponsor.
Our academy brings together more than 30 kids on Zanzibar’s south-east coast. The majority are local boys who would otherwise lack proper kits and facilities, training alongside expat kids from the UK, Poland, Italy, Germany, Slovenia, and more.
Every afternoon, they come together under professional local coaches to learn discipline, teamwork, and pride.
Meet the Team
JFA brings together over 30 players aged 8–15, mostly from Jambiani and Paje. The team is made up of local boys alongside children from Europe and South Africa, training side by side in a shared passion for the game.
At present the squad is all boys, but plans are already in place to open the academy to girls, creating equal opportunities for every young footballer in the community.

Meet the Coaches
JFA is led by three dedicated coaches who have played at the highest levels in Zanzibar and abroad. Their mission is to pass on skills — and values — to the next generation. The club itself is managed by a group of committed parents, working closely with the coaches to keep the academy running smoothly.
